The Feast of Epiphany - Holy Communion, Jan 6th at 7 pm

  • Please mark your calendars and plan to join us at 7:00 pm for a service of Holy Communion.
  • The word "epiphany" means manifestation or revelation.  This is the day on which we celebrate the revelation of Jesus as the Son of God, as demonstrated by the visit of the Magi from foreign (Gentile) lands to worship Him.  In the west, the Feast of Epiphany is kept on the 12th day after Christmas and it begins the season of Epiphany which consists of the following 6 Sundays (ending with _Septuagesima_ - the 70th day before Easter - which begins the pre-Lenten season (this year on Feb 20th).)
